🏛️ Trump has been hard-launching his Cabinet picks this week. No shortage of bizarre headlines there, here’s what you need to know:

• A new Department of Government Efficiency (yup, “DOGE”) is in the cards, to be helmed by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy. That’s two people doing one person’s job (efficient?) And it’s getting brutally roasted.

• Some wild picks: ‘Dog-killer’ governor for Homeland Security chief, and the US’s new Defense Secretary hasn’t “washed his hands in 10 years.”

• What Trump’s pick for Israel envoy means for the Gaza war.

• He’s planning a firing squad for ‘woke’ generals in the military.

• Aaand, he’s already eyeing an unprecedented THIRD term as POTUS.

🌎 Moving on to world affairs

• The election was a loss for Palestinians—not just because Trump won.

• Russia is already playing mind games on the next US president. Meanwhile, the Biden administration is rushing to send ‘every dollar’ to Ukraine before Trump is back in the White House. But Ukraine’s NATO membership might get delayed for 20 years.

📈 What the markets are saying:

• Dogecoin heads for the moon after the US government gets new “DOGE” department.

• Bitcoin holders are celebrating as BTC is breaking record highs every day: over $90k today and only 11% away from the historic $100k mark.
